Our Product Groups
Vega Vinç manufactures gantry, overhead, jib and electric crane systems along with custom-designed cranes, travel units and transfer cars. When the girder, the travel unit and the hoist all come from the same manufacturer, part compatibility and service responsibility stay in one place.

Gantry Cranes
Lifting systems whose legs travel on floor rails, putting no load on the building structure. They suit open yards, storage areas and facilities where additional roof load is not acceptable. On cantilever models the bridge girder extends beyond the legs, so the working area reaches past the rail gauge.

Overhead Cranes
Lifting systems running on two rails along the building, covering the whole production area. Single girder models are the economical answer at light and medium capacities; double girder models are preferred for high capacity, long spans and intensive duty. Elevated models add hook height through a special leg structure.

Jib Cranes
Point-of-use lifting solutions that slew around a single machine, welding station or group of equipment. Where an overhead crane covering the whole bay is unnecessary, they create an assist lifting point within the operator’s reach. Wall-mounted models occupy no floor; pipe-type models stand on their own column wherever needed.

Electric Hoists
The unit that actually does the lifting: the crane trolley. How it sits on the girder directly determines how much of the building’s headroom can be used. Low and super-low models increase hook height in buildings with limited headroom; underslung models run on monorail lines; side-hung models suit wall-side and special track applications.

Special Cranes
Lifting systems engineered from scratch for conditions a catalogue product cannot meet. Foundry lines carrying molten metal ladles, areas with explosive gas or dust, large-span sites such as shipyards, and lines where the load must be rotated in place all fall into this group. Each is calculated for its own load, temperature and safety scenario.

Travel Units
The wheel, gearbox and frame assembly that moves the crane along the rail. It matters as much as lifting capacity: a wrongly specified travel unit wears the rail, makes the crane skew and puts unexpected load on the structure. Bogie type models spread the load over more wheels, reducing wheel pressure at heavy capacities.

Transfer Cars
Motorised cars that move a load from point to point on floor rails without lifting it. They are used for the horizontal movement of coils, dies, reels and similar heavy parts within a line, keeping production flowing while the crane is busy or when lifting is unnecessary. The cradle is shaped to suit the part being carried.
